During this Power Hour, I’ll take you through my Breath & Body Reset Method, grounded in the four pillars of regulation: breath, stretch, touch, and sleep. You’ll learn simple, science-backed tools to calm your nervous system and release tension, including grounding techniques, targeted breathing practices, gentle long-hold stretching, and optional self-massage or reflexology guidance. We’ll also look at supportive sleep habits to help your body truly rest and recover.
You’ll leave with clarity, personalised guidance, and a tailored set of calming practices you can return to anytime you need to pause, reset, and come home to yourself.
